Steak

A piece of meat sliced generally across the muscle fibers, potentially including a bone. you call a steak. In the case of some exceptions, butchers slice parallel to the fibers. Including the skirt steak which you cut from the plate. As well as the flank steak which is a cut from the abdominal muscles. Finally, the silverfinger steak is s steak from the loin. It includes three rib bones.
